Neeson provides court reporting services at the historic Steven Truscott review
Neeson & Associates is proud to be a contributor to the administration of justice in the special hearing being conducted by the Ontario Court of Appeal into the conviction of Steven Truscott for the killing of Lynne Harper over 45 years ago in Clinton, Ontario. Kim Neeson has been providing quality rough draft transcripts of the testimony of civilians, former police officers, lawyers and experts as well as certified transcripts for the use of the court and all parties in this case that has maintained its notoriety throughout the years. Most of the rough draft transcripts were of the experts’ highly technical testimony in the fields of entomology and pathology.
Neeson & Associates was also privileged to provide its court reporting services to retired Justice Fred Kaufman, who conducted his own exhaustive investigation into the Truscott case at the request of then Minister of Justice Irwin Cotler. Justice Kaufman’s report led the Minister to order this special appeal.
